BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking is a bridge between large multinationals and mid-sized companies with international business activities (Corporates) and institutional investors and financial service providers (Institutionals).

Challenges that let you grow:


  • Responsible for preparing pitch books under the supervision of the D/VP
  • Proposing first drafts of selected slides and sections based on outlines made by D/VP
  • Delivering of specific sections during the presentation to the client
  • Coaching and supervising analysts on basic modelling
  • Interacting directly with clients and with other advisors at an appropriate level
  • Circulating information to senior and junior members of the team

Skills that convince:


  • Appropriate academic background (B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Finance or similar)
  • 3 to 5 years of M&A experience at investment banks or boutiques, with experience in the fields of renewables, power and utilities, telecom or general infrastructure incl. relevant financial modelling expertise
  • A good understanding of Corporate Finance Advisory matters
  • Relevant experience of Valuation/ pricing and Financial and Performance Analysis
  • Makes decisions on topics with limited or manageable risk considering all options and available proposals
  • Able to coordinate autonomously a project with a possible impact on the business
  • Ability to work carefully and precisely in accordance with applicable processes
  • Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
