- Gemeinsam mit dem zuständigen Sales Manager des Teams verantwortlich für die Erreichung des erwarteten Umsatzwachstums und der Effizienz der Verkäufer im Team

- Während Du für Dein eigenes Verkaufsziel und eigene Kunden verantwortlich bist, trägst Du dazu bei, Dein Team zu motivieren und gegenüber dem Management den Entwicklungsbedarf der einzelnen Mitarbeiter aufzuzeigen (Produktkenntnisse, Verkaufsfähigkeiten, Prozesse und/oder Systemnutzung)
- Du behältst laufend die Leistung des Teams und des Einzelnen im Vergleich zu den KPIs des Teams im Auge und gibst aktiv Feedback. Darüber hinaus bist Du an der Festlegung und Gestaltung der Vertriebsziele mit dem Vertriebsleiter beteiligt.
- Sicherstellen, dass das Vertriebsteam das SFDC-CRM-Tool vollständig nutzt, die Pipeline und Opportunities bearbeitet werden, so dass alle Opportunities aktualisiert/prognostiziert werden
- Du bist die Erste Eskalationsstelle für das Team wenn Herausforderungen auftreten und diese Probleme eskalieren werden müssen, sofern angemessen
- Rechtzeitiges Feedback an die Geschäftsleitung über die Leistung des Verkaufsteams und Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung des Verkaufsprozesses
- Vertretung des Managers Core Team bei Besprechungen und/oder Projekten, falls erforderlich
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungsleitern sowohl innerhalb des CER-Verkaufsteams als auch unternehmensweit
- Unterstützung des Managers Core Team bei Gebiets- und Budgetplanung
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb und idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung eines Vertriebsteams
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Dienstleistungsbereichen und Verfahren von Protolabs
- Sicherer Umgang mit e-Com und SDFC
- Fähigkeit Best-Practice-Verfahren anzuwenden

Protolabs ist der weltweit schnellste digitale Hersteller für im Expressverfahren gefertigte Prototypen und bedarfsorientierte Produktionsteile. Mit unserem automatisierten Angebotssystem fertigen wir kundenspezifische Teile in nur einem Tag mit Hilfe von 3D-Druck, CNC-Bearbeitung und Spritzgussverfahren.
Neben deinen eigenen vertrieblichen Tätigkeiten, wirst du zusammen mit dem Sales Management sicherstellen, dass das Core Team die Wachstums- und Rentabilitätsziele erreichen kann. Hauptaufgabe ist dabei das Team zu coachen sowie in Entscheidungsfindungen und Kommunikation zu unterstützen.
