About the team:

The mission of the DPP & IT Works Council Collaboration Team is to support the SAP People & Operations Board Area to run efficiently and compliantly.

We are part of the Strategic Business Services (SBS) unit with an overall responsibility for:

Implementing a proper IT Governance model across different units and board areas
Ensuring compliance and transparency regarding Data Protection and Privacy and IT Works Council Co-Determination

In this role, you'll:

As a working student in our dynamic DPP & IT Works Council Collaboration Team, you will focus on Data Protection & Privacy topics while being involved in the following tasks:

You will help to drive transparency by analyzing use cases, maintaining reports and presenting outcomes to our target groups.
You will be part of strategic as well as operational decisions on how to implement innovation topics out of the IT portfolio (e.g. Machine Learning, Bots, Anonymization,) in a compliant way.
You will work on crossteam projects to build the bridge between SAP internal IT stakeholders and SAP's Data Protection Office.
You will support the planning, execution and followup of expert meetings and compliance audits.
You will support our stakeholders by sharing the latest information / knowledge.
You will contribute to our quality initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of your own topics, set up meetings, prepare them and present the results to your team.

Who you are:

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

Preferred fields of study: Studies of business administration, business informatics, or adjacent disciplines
Mandatory IT skills: Microsoft Office
Language skills: Fluent in English and German are essential to deal with virtual and international teams
General IT knowledge, interest in Project Management
You should be an excellent team player with strong abilities to network and to work independently by using analytical and problemsolving skills and your willingness to learn quickly.#Working Student #Werkstudent #Germany #Deutschland # Student
