We are looking for a motivated
Trainee - Cosmetic Technologist to join our Research and Development (R&D) team.

Ideal for recent graduates with a Master's degree in Chemistry or related fields, passionate about cosmetics and eager to kick-start their career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior cosmetic chemists in R&D, including formulation development, testing, and validation of new cosmetic, makeup, and skincare products.
Conduct experiments and tests to ensure compliance with European regulations and product development support.
Monitor new product stability and efficacy, documenting and analyzing test results accurately.
Manage raw materials in the lab and warehouse and collaborate with supply chain, production, QC, and marketing teams for product transitions.
Collaborate across teams to create project plans for innovative cosmetic formulations meeting market demands.
Engage in office tasks such as project coordination, data analysis, and report writing.
Utilize highquality products and advanced laboratory equipment from the brand IKA.
Foster effective communication within an international team and maintain a supportive work environment.
Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related fields.
Previous laboratory experience, preferably in cosmetics or personal care industries.
Understanding of colors, pigments, and European regulations for cosmetics.
Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and innovation.
