Tasks
- Being the contact person for managers and employees
- Supervising the employee lifecycle from onboarding and offboarding
- Administrating relevant HR documents including employment contracts
- Maintaining the FOUR PAWS staff database
- Preparing the payroll accounting with our external partner
- Being the contact person for external stakeholders in the area of HR
- Supporting the personnel planning and analysis of personnel requirements
Requirements:
- Several years of relevant experience in HR in similar roles
- Completed business studies, ideally in human resources management or any HRrelated training (e
g Kaufmänische Ausbildung:
Schwerpunkt Personalwirtschaft)
- German and English are required
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 and affinity for IT
- Profound knowledge of Germany's labour, tax and social insurance law
- Solid administrative and organizational skills and a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity
- Passion for people and diversity, which results in an extraordinary customer approach
- High service and quality orientation
- Thinking outside the box and having a solutionoriented mindset
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
