NXP ́s Employee Resource Group (ERG)
No eXtra Planet is currently looking for a movitated intern.

The ERG No eXtra Planet focuses on
enviromental sustainabilty and supports NXP's journey to
climate neutrality through ongoing dialogue in business and grassroot actions.


Task description:


  • Maintaining the distributions lists in Outlook, Yammer, TEAMS up to date to ensure a proper communication flow in the larger team
  • Maintaining an overview (in Excel or database) of all grassroot sustainability actions which are considered/executed/planned in the different NXPsites, together with data like costs, effort, impact etc.
  • Help crosspollinating actions from NXPsites to NXPsites by means of this database, in order increase the impact and effectiveness of our sustainability initiative
  • Helping the different teams in following up on actions, making Googlesearches on various topics, assisting in report preparation, newsletter writing etc.

Skill profile:


  • Enrolled student
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to fight climate change as part of a large enterprise's bottomup initiative
  • Basic Microsoft tool experience (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Focussed, concentrated, reliable, datadriven attitude
  • Eager to inject own ideas and pursuing assigned task largely selfpropelled
  • Joy and will to work in a multicultural, international, dynamic and inspired team

Contract duration:
up to 6 months, duration according to your study regulations (mandatory internship)


Working time:
full time, 35 hrs/week
