BUSINESS UNIT:

POSITION:

As a Working Student Human Resources (M/F/d), you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and take on new challenges.

You are constantly learning and creating real added value for your further education and later entry into working life.

CHALLENGE:

Support in Recruiting, e.g. placement of job ads, applicant communication and scheduling of interviews
Maintenance of the applicant database
Support in active sourcing
Collaboration in ongoing HR projects with a focus on recruiting and employer branding
Collaboration in the preparation of personnel development measures and internal events
Support with various administrative tasks

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH
:

Current studies in the economic field (e.g. human resources management, business administration, business psychology)
Longterm availability for 1020 hours/week
Ideally gained experience in HR
Independent, structured and solutionoriented way of thinking and working
Handson mentality and enjoy working independently on selected projects
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE:

The position can be based in proximity to one of our offices in Cologne or Munich but also can be primarily home office based.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and all necessary work equipment is included.
