A position for a
Quality Business Architect (d/f/m) within the Quality Digitalization, Method & Tools department has just opened at Airbus in Hamburg.

Quality is one of the core pillars of the company compliance and performance, and spreads in all company daily operations.

Quality strongly contributes to Airbus key success factors:
Product Safety, Customer Satisfaction and Flow Efficiency. In a constantly improving mindset, the
Quality Transformation programme **has been launched to address main Quality processes improvements and our digital landscape, with the objective to reach Airbus Top Company Objectives

You will highly contribute to the Transformation programme of Airbus Quality and define the future digital Quality Management System (QMS) by proposing optimized architecture solutions.

You will be part of Multi Functional teams in charge of delivering Quality digital tools.

Our Team main missions are the following:

Define and maintain the Quality digital strategy
Support our Quality asset, ensure Compliance & secure Quality data ecosystem.
Be accountable for the delivery of Quality digital solutions to customers, driven by Quality Transformation Programme (such as major projects like Unified Non conformance management (9S), E2E Inspection, Preventing with FMEA & APQP, Quality Data Analytics.

Your Impact

You will lead the Quality Management System design & evolution
in the frame of the Airbus Business Processes (ABP) that defines and governs all fields of business activities company-wide.

As Business Architect (d/f/m), you will have the accountability:

To understand and structure business requirements for Quality methods & tools, by collaborating with business owners.
To challenge the Airbus Business Processes, Method & Tools in order to prepare the Next Generation of Aircraft.
To collaborate with Technical & Enterprise Architects & Products Development teams to engage implementation of the digital architecture & to act as an Authority in Transformation programmes to ensure the proper implementation of the IM solutions
To contribute to integrated roadmaps liaising with Company Transformation initiatives

Your skills & experience:

Graduated as a bachelor degree including: Information Management Systems or Industrial or Quality management System or equivalent practical experience
Capability of earning trust and influencing stakeholders with excellent communication skills
Priorities management and identifying values to meet customer satisfaction and improve flow efficiency with analytical skills
Experience in business process modeling, enterprise architecture
Wide comprehensive knowledge of Airbus Product lifecycle or similar Aerospace product & Operations setup
Experience in working with agile methods like scrum and kanban or classic waterfall and hybrid solutions.
Knowledge of ERP/SAP-MES, PLM/PDM (e.g. Dassault System 3DX solutions) would be a plus
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
