WORKING STUDENT PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION:

Herzogenaurach, Germany
YOUR MISSION:

Support in the organisation of People & Organization (P&O) internal meetings and off-site activities including research of the location and the vendor of the sport activity as well as coordination of the hotel reservation, catering and transportation

Support in the organisation of a P&O company exchange at PUMA HQ, particularly catering and guest registration
Preparation of P&O reports and lists for internal stakeholders
Preparation of internal communication drafts for the Head of People & Organization
Support the Head of People & Organization and the teams underneath in administrative day to day tasks, e.

g. Welcome Bags, Anniversary Awards, Reference Letters and Mail communication

YOUR TALENT:

Enrolled student, ideally with initial experience in the field of human resources

Fluent German and excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills and a strong service and customer orientation
Organisational talent coupled with a quick grasp of new ideas and an independent, structured way of working
Team player with high flexibility, commitment and initiative
Start date for a duration of at least 6 months
