Aufgaben

  • Advising on the selection of our print products
  • Answering questions about our print products
  • Supporting customers in the use of our online shop
  • Handling customer projects and answering questions during order processing
  • Establishing and expanding customer relationships
Qualifikation

  • Native speaker or business fluent in English (German skills are a plus)
  • Ability to listen actively in order to quickly identify customer concerns and offer a suitable solution, as well as to act in a customer
- and service-oriented manner

  • Professional experience in the area of customer service/support
  • Structured way of working, solutionoriented and able to work in a team
  • Interest in learning about print products and processes
  • Professional experience in the printing industry or with printed products is an advantage
