As an Entrepreneur in Residence (M/F/d), you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our management team and be an integral part of executing strategic projects.

Assisting with

Various Projects:

Supporting Strategic Execution: You'll collaborate with our management team to execute strategic initiatives. Your proactive mindset and ability to think strategically will play a key role in our growth.
Conducting Business Opportunity Analysis: You'll conduct indepth analyses, such as pricing and competitive research, to identify new growth areas. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will uncover valuable insights.
Coordinating Projects and Taking Ownership**: You'll take charge of coordinating projects, establishing efficient processes, and taking full responsibility for your tasks. Your organizational prowess and selfmotivation will ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

You are an enthusiastic student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, social sciences, or a related field
Your sharp analytical mindset will be key in driving our success. You possess the ability to dive deep into data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to support our strategic decisions.
We value individuals who are proactive, selfmotivated, and eager to take on new challenges. You're a team player, collaborating effectively with others to achieve shared goals and drive projects forward.
Your exceptional communication skills in both German and English will enable you to convey ideas clearly and engage with diverse stakeholders. You'll thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
You have a strong focus on achieving results and a track record of delivering on commitments. With exceptional organizational skills, you're adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring everything stays on track.

- you already gained some experience in previous internships or working student positions, particularly in strategy, process consulting, or a startup environment. Your hands-on experience will complement your academic knowledge.
