Your responsibilities:

We are looking to appoint a high-performing

HEAD of APPLICATION SALES (F/M/D) to join our Commercial Team on our mission to revolutionize the world of electronics. At CELUS, we believe the smartest way to design electronics is through the AI powered

CELUS Engineering Platform. You will play an integral role in leading our sales function to drive new business growth in increasing our market share and profitability of our platform whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the complete sales cycle from identifying and generating prospective leads through to successfully negotiating and concluding contracts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to develop and achieve
    CELUS sales goals.
  • Build and develop mutually beneficial customer relationships with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build, hire and mentor a high performing sales team
  • Work collaboratively with the product and marketing teams to achieve sustainable growth through constant product improvements
  • Establish sales pipeline and revenue forecasts and determine revenue goals and growth targets

Your profile:


  • A minimum of
    8 years senior level professional sales experience in selling
    enterprise software and
    B2B SaaS products:
  • Experience within the
    electronics industry is preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex technical requirements of the customer

Degree in electrical engineering would be highly advantageous

  • Experience leading sales teams to success
  • Be innovative, curious, adaptable and flexible in your sales approach
  • Excellent customerfacing communication, presentation and negotiation skills combined with solid relationship building expertise
  • Fluency in both
    German and
    English are required for the role
  • Ability to travel for business requirements and a valid driver's license
