Product Line Manager (m/w/d):


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead the process to formulate, document and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for C&C for European customers that fits into the global product strategy and roadmap
  • Conduct strategic reviews to monitor and ensure execution of the strategy
  • Define milestones and metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
  • Analyse and monitor financial & commercial performance (Revenue & Gross Margin) in conjunction with Finance Controlling and CBU team and use relevant information to prepare strategic decisions
  • Define market pricing, cost and selling price targets; define and drive initiatives to reach targets
  • Translate customer needs, mega trends & enabling technologies into product performance objectives and respective directions for the innovation process
  • Define, document and manage product portfolio roadmap
  • Define technical and commercial product targets related to innovation projects including product enhancements
  • Closely collaborate with Advanced Engineering and Applications Engineering during innovations projects

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 810 years of experience required in technical and commercial product management and business development related context in automotive business
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills with proven record of technical presentations to customers
  • Proven record of developing/implementing Go to Market Strategies and business case development (Strategic and Financial aspects)
  • Thermal Management experience preferred
  • TRAVEL: Up to 25% (local and global)
