W are looking to hire Network Service Management, Service Operations Lead (L3) to join one of our clients


Skill Summary Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)

  • Industry certification with extensive experience in designing, delivering/managing Data center and Campus Network operations.
  • Subject matter expert in handling, DC Network
  • ACI, Fabric path, EVPN VXLAN, VMware NSX-T Nexus architecture.
  • SME in handling routing and switching technologies and extensive knowledge in handling heterogenous network environment.

Technical skills (Required - Nice to have)

  • Knowledge of Software Delivered Campus Network in general and Software Delivered Networks in particular.
**Language skills needed Germany, English
People skills

  • Should be a capable leader.
  • Building collaborative partnership by interactive regularly with key influencers within and outside organization. Soft skills
  • Deep experience in Customer Handling and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of service level management process, related agreements
  • SLA/OLA and workflow steps.


  • Planning and organizing

  • Optimally organize the workload across the team.
  • Should have knowledge on ITIL processes
  • Incident, Change, problem management.
  • Should be able to drive problem management end to end. Area of responsibilities Skill Level
  • Strong conceptual and troubleshooting skills in networking protocols
  • BGP, OSPF, TCP/ IP and security protocols
  • SSL, IPsec, VPN technologies
  • Good skills in the integration of various systems in DC Network.
  • Expert knowledge in Ethernet fabric technologies: Fabric Path, EVPN VXLAN, VMware NSX-T and OpenStack OVS.
  • Manage escalations, be a trusted advisor for the customer and work closely with customers in defining solutions
  • Advanced knowledge in network services like IPAM, DNS, SMTP, NTP, Load Balancing and others.
  • Responsible to introduce new service delivery tools and redesigning the operational procedures
  • Assurance of SLAs / KPIs / OLAs and service quality.
  • Running the service operations in close cooperation with other IT process owners and service owners. Expert
