Your responsibilities:


This advertised position can be divided into two broad areas of activity:

Task 1

  • You are developing business cases
  • Calculating OPEX (Operating Expenses) and CAPEX (Capital Expenditures), providing valuable insights into financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Taking charge of developing a captivating digital/interactive training program that introduces a new software.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to assist in developing business cases for performance improvement initiatives.
  • Preparing training materials, presentations and documentation.
  • Analyzing internal processes to identify areas for improvement, streamlining operations, and maximizing efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of surveys, gathering feedback from employees.

Task 2

  • Take on the challenge of personally contacting approximately 300 companies, utilizing your communication skills to engage and interact.
  • As you verify addresses, you are ensuring accuracy and clarifying the current status.
  • Request and obtain countersigned consent letters from the companies, navigating the intricacies of confidentiality.
  • Handling and managing all incoming and outgoing post, ensuring coordination and progress tracking.

Your profile:


  • A strong background in business economics, law, IT, or a related field, providing you with the foundational knowledge.
  • You are familiar with IT tools and software, including Teams apps, video editing software or PowerPoint.
  • Organizational skills and an attention to detail, ensuring that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail, allowing you to navigate complex tasks with precision.
  • MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel.


This is a part-time position (for approximately 3 to 4 months with possible further extension if needed), offering flexible working hours to accommodate your studies.
