What's the role?:
As

Head of the Quality Architecture team you will engage in executive, professional and technical roles in product quality architecture of HERE products throught the whole stack. You will be responsible for leading a team of quality architects and ensuring that our organization's products and services meet the highest standards of quality. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, identify areas for improvement, and establish best practices for quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of quality architects and ensure that they have the resources and support they need to perform their jobs effectively.
Develop and implement E2E quality control processes and test frameworks across the organization, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement changes to improve product and service quality.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product development process.
Establish best practices for quality assurance and ensure that these practices are followed across the organization.
Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular audits to ensure that all processes are being followed and that quality standards are being met.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that they understand and follow quality control processes.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and ensure that these are incorporated into our processes.
Collaborate with senior management to develop qualityrelated goals and objectives and ensure that they are aligned with the organization's overall strategy.

Who are you?:

You will be successful in the role with the following:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience in leading a diverse team across multiple locations and time zones.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge in the field of software / database architecture is a plus.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Experience in the software and data driven development industry
Fluency in English and German language (spoken and written) is a plus
