- Execute CQV activities for clean utilities systems, including but not limited to design qualification (DQ), installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ).
- Prepare, review, and maintain CQV documentation, protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Identify and assess risks associated with clean utilities systems and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in change control processes related to clean utilities systems, ensuring changes are properly assessed and validated.
- Ensure all CQV activities are conducted in strict compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve deviations, anomalies, and issues related to clean utilities systems, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production, to support clean utilities systems and projects.
- Provide training to operations and maintenance personnel on clean utilities systems and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions in clean utilities systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.). Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related industry with a focus on CQV activities.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards related to clean utilities systems, such as USP, FDA, and cGMP.
- Experience with validation software and data analysis tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
