Act as trusted advisor for our CEO, assuming responsibility for communication, engagement, and positive reputation
Produce communications content across channels & formats (text, presentations, videos, briefings, etc.) and ensure that events are prepared for in a professional manner
Track analytics & adapt communications accordingly
Ensure close collaboration and alignment with CEO office, Corporate Communications, and the various functions of Allianz Technology
Ensure that messaging is consistent and in line with Allianz Technology purpose, vision, and mission

Your skills

Advanced degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
In depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
Excellent writing and editing skills, able to communicate ideas across formats and for various audiences (native proficiency in written and spoken English good German is a plus)
Proven ability to summarize content of complex nature and create engaging communication pieces
Comfort with executive leaders, with proven executive positioning experience
Experience with a wide range of digital communication tools and channels, including basic video editing

Keen interest in technology and the technology sector
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and drive topics with little input
