Vattenfall is now ramping up its growth within renewables, making the fleet fossil free.

Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall's Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities like solar PV and batteries.

Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. In addition, we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further.

For our Business Area Wind we are now looking for a

Working student Contract Management in Project Delivery Offshore

for our office in Hamburg.

We are looking for a Student Assistant to come and work in Vattenfall's Offshore Project Delivery to assist the Contract Management team.

The role will be mainly based in Vattenfall's Hamburg office but with flexibility including working from home. This position will be a great opportunity for someone who is interested in offshore wind and the renewable energy sector to get some first-hand experience from an experienced and international team

Responsibilities:

Supporting Head of Contract Management on internal projects
Supporting Commercial Contract Managers on Contract Standard (SharePoint) and continuous improvements
Supporting on new digital solutions (Management Requirement Tool)
Collecting, clustering and editing lesson learned
Review of templates and further standardisation
Preparing and maintaining presentation, reports, training materials, action lists
Preparing and facilitating internal and stakeholder meetings incl. taking minutes of meetings

Profile:

You are studying business administration, economics, business law or a equivalent
You are a selfstarter, strong selfperforming and delivery focus. You ask for help and guidance when needed and think beyond the task at hand, making suggestions wherever you see room for improvement.
Be interested in offshore wind, renewable energy and in Contract Management
Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written
Excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint) knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Structured way of working
Pragmatic personality, performanceoriented with ability to prioritize
Highly motivated, communicative, proactive and you enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team
