Customer Support Representative, Sales

Primary responsibility is to provide best-in-class commercial support to assigned customers and ADI Broad Market field sales organization to achieve ADI's business growth targets

Key Tasks

  • Ensure corporate pricing strategy and processes are aligned with regional sales and are implemented as required, taking fulfilment channel into account
  • Gather competitive information and market price intelligence from customers / sales / distribution partner / available tools to improve "right first time" quoting and increase win rate; feed back to Business Units as required
  • Ensure that pricing for assigned accounts is aligned with regionals sales prior to communication to the customer / distributor
  • First contact for end customer escalations
  • Coordination of escalations with all stakeholders internally
  • Periodic review of business at customer level including consumption vs. forecast
  • Process sample / EVAL board orders for assigned accounts and FSEs / FAEs and ensure on time delivery
  • Daily contact and communication with distribution partners as it relates to assigned account activities
  • Project work to improve processes and procedures, as required
  • Participate in customer meetings for assigned accounts
  • Provide general lead time to assigned customers, as required, in alignment with fulfilment partner (distribution partner)
  • Prime contact and customer advocate within ADI for assigned accounts; close collaboration with key internal groups such as Business Units, Quality, Planning, etc.
  • Regular review of TBD business with regional sales to maximize linking
  • Provide regular reports to regional sales, as required

Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good team player; ability to work across teams internally and externally
  • Sound commercial acumen
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in semiconductor or similar industry desirable
  • Fluent spoken and written English; additional language of benefit
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce
  • Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State
  • Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) may have to go through an export licensing review process._
