Your mission:

Working with our Quality Manager you will support the Quality Management System improvement process for the company's quality, food safety and hygiene standards.
Leverage crossfunctional collaboration to refine and enhance HACCP concepts in alignment with evolving industry standards, ensuring the system remains at the forefront of food safety practices.
Continuously monitor compliance and control measures across internal production and thirdparty production services and drive continuous improvement practices.
Facilitate and coach compliance to document management including policies, procedures, work instructions and connected records.
Conduct root cause investigation, CAPA generation and completion process internally for supplier non conformances and customer complaints.
Collaborate with multifunctional teams in the management of quality control processes.
Ensure quality and food safety compliance requirements are met by suppliers, contract manufacturers and distributors.
Efficiently design, organize, and implement comprehensive training programs for team members to excel in their role.
Manage internal and external audit programs including but not limited to setting audit schedule, managing external audits, performing external audit preparation.
Proactively monitor and track relevant quality indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of CAPA plans, ensuring continuous quality improvement and performance optimization.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology/Engineering, Brewing/Beverage Technology, Microbiology or Chemistry with a focus on quality management, or a related field.
Preferred 3 years of professional experience in food production and/or food quality assurance/management experience.
Applied knowledge of internal and external food safety management system standards, such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, IFS.
Thorough understanding of German and European regulatory requirements.
Strong quality orientation including the ability to focus on details and adherence to standards while maintaining a business perspective.
Handson food production experience.
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
Proven effective in collaboration and communication.
Growth mindset: eager to learn and improve every day.
Language proficiency: German and English.
