We are Una, a mission-driven company tackling the ever-increasing burden of metabolic disease.

We are a fast-growing, remote-first team. You will join us at a hugely exciting time as we prepare to launch our solution.

Tasks

In supporting the patient support & operations team, you will work directly with our founders and across the whole company


Specifically:

Guiding Patients:
you will guide patients along the pathway through which they can get access to Una Health. You'll be the trusted advocate they can rely on.


Supporting Success:
you'll act as the troubleshooter-in-chief for patients during their Program. You'll help orchestrate their care, liaising with technical, medical, and other teams to ensure smooth sailing throughout.

You will collect their feedback and communicate it to product and medical teams to ensure continuous improvement of our solution, driven by patient need.


Mastering the Logistics:

take charge of key logístical aspects, ensuring that patients have all the materials they need to embark and remain on their Una Health journey, exactly when they need them.

  • You are a student based in Berlin and you are able to work 20 hours a week (and possibly more during the semester break)
  • Experience: Work experience in a customerfacing role and project management is desirable. Previous experience in (digital) health and from a fastpaced environment such as startups, consulting, agency or tech is a plus.
  • Language: Native (or equivalent) in German is required. Fluency in conversational English is a strong plus
  • Passion: You are motivated by our mission and the potential of digital health for our society
  • Skills: You are wellorganized and able to work independently and solutionoriented with a practical, "realworld" sense of what is actually "doable". You are communicative, empathic, friendly and have a service mindset (creativity is a plus) You have some tech affinity and are open to flexible timings.
