We are looking for


Head of Sales and Business Development for the Sense Segment
at the site Pfullingen, near Stuttgart also in Hungary (near Budapest)


You will be overall responsible for sales activities inside the Segment and related Product areas (such as Steering & Safety and Exhaust systems). You will be responsible for the creation of Segment Sense Sales Strategy, moderation and coordination of its development, sales budget planning.

Your tasks

:


  • Crossfunctional and integrated coordination of all Sales activities in the Segment, especially strategies / roadmaps for sales and Business Development in the Segment.
  • Control for Budget Planning Process in terms of customers, turnover, projects and opportunities including investments and commercial frame conditions.
  • Cooperation in defining standards, monitoring and driving their implementation and observance based on global standards, policies and processes. Achievement of agreements with regard to capacity planning for the Segment sales personnel and ensuring appropriate staffing of sales projects.
  • Highquality reporting in regard to sales KPIs, such as product & customer portfolio/balance, sustainable, profitable growth, receivables, sales forecasts, customer/product profitability, customer commercials (price development, payment terms, quick savings), projects/RFQ's in the pipeline and opportunities.
  • Receiving, coordinating, finalizing, and distributing customer contracts under the involvement of global functions and the legal department. Functional management of all Sales and Business Development employees in the Segment and Product Area Sales organization.

Your profile

:

- _Master's degree in business administration, Engineering or General Management_
- _ Advanced Sales experience in automotive environment (Sense product area preferable)_
- _ Leadership experience in global matrix organization_
- _ Fluent English required_
- _ Willingness to travel (internationally) from time to time _
