Your Tasks:

Focus on the integrations with external partners, e.g. Carriers, Databrokers and others that offer information, valuable for the internal and external visibility and planning
Creation of the endtoend interface descriptions and development & maintenance of new and existing (XML) interfaces, API connections, etc.
Support the integration and acceptance test phases
Being actively involved in the Rollout process and being a point of contact for the local and regional Schenker IT departments
Being included in industry specific industry forum workgroups to support standardization in the industry and represent Schenker as an active participant

Your profile:

Several years experience in systems integration, preferably in the Transportation or Freight Forwarding industry.
Experience with the most common MS Office products: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
A pragmatic and logical approach
Able to translate complex processes to functional requirements
Fluent in business English, both written and verbal
An understanding of the business processes in Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding
Excellent communication skills
Experience with XML (would be beneficial)
Knowledge of the Schenker IT landscape (would be beneficial)
