Our Amazon Operations team is growing

You are responsible for the technical management of the operational team and play a key role in processing our customer orders.

You work closely with your team of employees on site to ensure smooth operational processes at our logistics locations.

These include our logistics centers where goods await customer orders, our sorting centers which sort parcels for onward distribution to the delivery services, and our distribution centers which are responsible for the last few kilometers to the customer's doorstep.

We want our teams to work together and not settle for the status quo. Every day is different for us, which always creates new challenges and variety

You will

  • Ensuring that safety standards are maintained and kept up to date, thereby creating a safe work environment.


Distribute and adjust tasks during your shifts and take on initial managerial responsibilities in collaboration with the shift manager team.


  • Motivate and train our teams of employees.
  • Ensuring that customer orders are processed according to our quality and safety standards.
  • Evaluate consistently relevant information and key figures and pass them on to the management team.
  • Create timetables for the employee teams.
  • Working with internal and external colleagues (M/F/d) (e.g. from HR, Customer Service, Transport).
  • Evaluate and optimize processes and promote innovations.
  • You already have some experience in the technical support of a team in the field of logistics, services or retail and wholesale.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • You are organized and able to meet deadlines by effectively prioritizing your tasks, even when requests overlap.
