CRM & Customer Operations Specialist (m/w/d).

Your tasks:


  • As CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of targeted and automated multichannel communication flows for our customers.
  • You develop the customer segments assigned to you through personalized and segmentspecific impulses, with the aim of developing and ensuring customer loyalty in the long term
  • A long the customer life cycle you manage existing communication flows and find new opportunities to engage with our customers.
  • You like to work datadriven and evaluate the communication results and derive optimizations and recommendations for further actions.
  • You have an organizational talent that skillfully manages and challenges our external service providers.
  • You manage the available budget and always keep an eye on the achievement of the mutually agreed business goal

Your profile:


  • You convince with your independent, structured way of working and quick comprehension.
  • You enjoy dealing with numbers, are processoriented and still able to look at our campaigns from the customer's point of view.
  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business or communication sciences, or have a comparable education
  • You have at 23 years of experience in CRM / campaign management, within a retail company is a plus.
  • You master the control of online and offline campaigns right from the start.
  • Very good knowledge of English & German
  • An organized, thorough way of working completes your profile
