- Legal Expertise: A fully qualified German lawyer with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in German and/or investment banking regulatory compliance, including financial crime and data protection regulation.
- Regulatory Acumen: In-depth understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and guidance, particularly as they relate to BaFin in Germany, demonstrating the ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory frameworks effectively.
