your main tasks:

Postmerger HR integration
Supporting the successful development of the company as part of the local management team
Provide support to employees and managers for all HR related issues, as well as resolving multifaceted and complex issues
Partner and align with Business Unit HR, Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Development as well as the Shared Services Centers
Contribute to the launch and implementation of groupwide strategies, programs and initiatives
Contribute to local and crosssite HR projects (including postmerger integration)
Recruitment of specialist staff
Coordination and implementation of organizational changes, individual personnel measures and disciplinary measures
Implementation and execution of HR processes (performance management, development planning, compensation planning, succession planning)
Job evaluation and compensation determination
Further development of existing tools and processes

Requirements:

Successfully completed degree in business administration or business law with a focus on human resources or further education with relevant experience in the required area of responsibility.
Several years of experience in a generalist and responsible position; ideally in an international group environment (matrix organization)
High level of service orientation, commitment and dedication
Organizational talent and structured way of working
Very good communication skills and confident appearance
Experience in change management is an advantage
Good knowledge of labor, tax and social security law
Very good MS Office skills; experience with relevant HR tools
Good written and spoken English and fluent German skills
