your main tasks:
- Postmerger HR integration
- Supporting the successful development of the company as part of the local management team
- Provide support to employees and managers for all HR related issues, as well as resolving multifaceted and complex issues
- Partner and align with Business Unit HR, Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Development as well as the Shared Services Centers
- Contribute to the launch and implementation of groupwide strategies, programs and initiatives
- Contribute to local and crosssite HR projects (including postmerger integration)
- Recruitment of specialist staff
- Coordination and implementation of organizational changes, individual personnel measures and disciplinary measures
- Implementation and execution of HR processes (performance management, development planning, compensation planning, succession planning)
- Job evaluation and compensation determination
- Further development of existing tools and processes
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or business law with a focus on human resources or further education with relevant experience in the required area of responsibility.
- Several years of experience in a generalist and responsible position; ideally in an international group environment (matrix organization)
- High level of service orientation, commitment and dedication
- Organizational talent and structured way of working
- Very good communication skills and confident appearance
- Experience in change management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of labor, tax and social security law
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with relevant HR tools
- Good written and spoken English and fluent German skills
