Tasks
Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG offers financing, leasing, vehicle subscriptions and rentals, fleet management, digital charging and payment services, insurance brokerage and innovative mobility services

Our FS/RH department is responsible for accounting and ensuring the bookkeeping and accounting processes for the Mercedes-Benz Bank Group and Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH.

In addition, we are supporting the further development of Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH and are looking for employees (f/m/d) for the further development and operation of the accounting system and process landscape for this exciting and challenging project.

The following tasks await you:

Collaboration in the process design, development, implementation and operation of accounting/financial reporting processes at Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH
Supporting the further development of the contract management system at Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH
Ensuring the complete mapping of accountingrelevant issues in the SAP template
Active participation in project management (defining the scope, ensuring specific requirements, documentation, preparation and implementation of quality gates, status reporting)
Coordination and communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration

Qualifications

Ideally you have the following:

A degree in economics with a focus on accounting/controlling or a comparable course of study
Knowledge of SAP
Understanding of processes in the preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements
Good knowledge of the legal framework for accounting (HGB) and international accounting standards
Knowledge of the implementation and documentation of tests is advantageous
Experience in the area of method, process and system design for accounting and controllingrelevant business processes

Personal skills:

Strong analytical, interdisciplinary and integrative thinking and acting in an international environment
Interest in project work and knowledge of project management
Ability to communicate complex issues in a target grouporiented manner
Intercultural competence and teamwork
