Job Description:
Our team, supporting The USMC Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN-R) Contract, has an immediate need for a NetOps Spec 3 with demonstrated experience in coordinating infrastructure repairs including directing remote activities to ensure continuity for service delivery.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide data center support where appropriate
- Oversee daily shift activities and document in appropriate reporting
- Review root cause analysis documentation to address performance management and incident correlation issues
- Provide incident notification to Government representatives
- Oversee incident resolution, ensuring appropriate response to escalations
- Oversee the infrastructure and network operation by responding appropriately to alerts and events
- Ten plus (10+) years of information technology (IT) experience required
- Certified in accordance with DoD ‐M Information Assurance Technician Level (IAT) III
- Possess at least two of the following: a CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CISCO Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), or a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification
