THE ROLE & THE TEAM:

Zalando Fulfillment Solutions (ZFS) is offering a fulfillment service for our B2B platform partners. The department was founded over four years ago and has a flair of a startup within Zalando.

Our Team is rapidly expanding and we are now looking for a highly motivated Operations Assistant to ensure that our B2B Partners are guided and supported in all aspects of our operations.

As an ZFS Partner Success Assistant you will be supporting operational topics with our Partners. You will act as a liaison between our Partner Care and internal teams. You will support your colleagues in the Operations team in bringing our Operational Support to the next level.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):

Processing of Partner Operational requests
Handling daily contact with partners, internal supply chain teams and Logistics Centers
Coordination of relevant information between your stakeholders (logistics centers, freight forwarders, suppliers...) and remain calm while finding a solution in critical situations
Data capturing/analysis and Partner Performance deep dives
Providing insights and administrative support for a variety of Operations projects

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:

Previous experiences in global transportation (Logistics department, third-party logistics etc.) and/or in the fashion industry is a plus.
Passionate about providing excellent Operational support to our Partners, and ensuring high service levels
Working knowledge of Excel, previous experience of ticketing systems would be advantageous
Fluent in German & English
