We are looking for a Head of Operations with a strong sense of ownership to lead our Operations Team in Supply Chain Management, (Last-Mile) Logistics, and Customer Care.


You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our operations, from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.

You should be able to drive innovation, continuous improvement and lead our teams to achieve operational excellence.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, last mile costeffectiveness, as well as customer experience
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management, as well as logistics to ensure timely delivery of quality products to customers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliable and costeffective service
  • Work closely with business development and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
  • Lead and develop teams to ensure high performance, engagement, and retention
  • Develop and implement inventory management and demand planning strategies to optimize inventory levels
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies and processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements across the organization
  • Develop and maintain operational budgets and manage costs to meet financial targets (P&L responsibility)
  • Understand and manage technical aspects of backend setup of API connections to external partners
We believe, you'll be successful if you bring...

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a fastpaced environment, preferably in an E-Commerce environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing an operations team with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop highperforming teams
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems, demand planning tools, and data analysis
  • Excellent quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make datadriven decisions
  • Resultsdriven and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively and crossfunctionally with different departments and stakeholders
  • You are fluent in German and English
