Function Controller Senior (M/F/d) Global Sales based in
Blieskastel or
Obernai for a permanent contract.
Deeply involved in the Business you act as a Business Partner & have a key role to play in accompanying your operational teams in decision making by informing them on financial impacts and stakes and providing them relevant data & analysis.
This position will also offer you the opportunity to lead a deep transformation project within Global Sales & Marketing Controlling Department.
Mission
In close interaction & collaboration with Sales Leadership team:
- Manage budgets and forecasts processes, analyse gaps, co-build and deploy associated action plans
- Manage risks and opportunities and develop strategic plans
- Implement financial KPI reflecting the real picture of the operative performance
- Propose actions plans to improve the financial performance and contribute to the actions implementation
- In close collaboration with Group Pricing department, contribute to pricing optimisation initiatives
- You contribute to the closing processes coordination allowing a global sales controlling transversal understanding
- In close collaboration with the Global sales controlling leadership team you are responsible for identifying the potential standardisation and optimisation aiming a better "customer" service and a back up pool construction
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor or Master ́s degree in Economics for a theoretical background, so that you know which legal and financial rules influence the Controlling job
- With your 7 to 10 years' experience in Controlling &/or Audit in an international environment you offer a strong base of knowledge to connect with
- Your knowledge in finances, control and compliance processes will enable you to approach the technical part of this position
- Project and change management skills will be needed to contribution to the transformation journey
- Your strategic mindset and your ability to analyse and manage change are essential
- You are recognized for your communication skills and your capacity to influence
- Your customer orientation, your capacity to work in a transversal way, and your interest for innovation will be your best assets to succeed within our group
- With your Excel, SAP and BW skills you can manage your daily business easily
- To collaborate with your international colleagues you speak fluent English and German or French would be a plus
