Job Description:


We are looking for a Product Administrator (all genders) to join us and support our Product Operations team in the administration and coordination of various processes during the product lifecycle.

The position will report to the Director Product Operations and provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.


  • Own creation, release and maintenance of products in Microsoft Dynamics 36
  • Work with various stakeholders to clarify product behavior/requirements through the product life cycle for proper configuration
  • Coordinate testing of new product and product changes prior to release
  • Maintain product request backlog
  • Create and maintain product documentation
  • Lead product issue investigation and resolution in Microsoft Dymaics 36
  • Improve product creation/maintenance process

Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Comfortable with working in highdemand setup and ability to prioritize execution, handson mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong datadriven mindset and a great attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
