What you ́ll do

As an intern in our team, you will be part of our User Assistance developer team and will get in touch with our daily work in the software development environment.

We want to increase the findability and quality of our UA deliverables to have the best user experience by using a more people-centric and task-oriented approach.

Furthermore, we need to spread UA knowledge in our development unit via different media and want to enhance our UA content with infographics and videos.

You can be a part of our committed UA team within this exciting UA journey and support us in achieving our goals.

In our team, we practice a trust-based working model and an open mindset.

What you bring

Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Technical Writing, Media and Communication Sciences
Computer skills: XML, DITA, MS Office, GitHub, Wikis, Graphic or Multimedia tools
Language skills: English and German
Knowledge in structuring information or creating user assistance deliverables is an advantage
