We are looking for a highly motivated assistant to support our team in day-to-day activities, but mainly to support the Head of Corporate Affairs and also to get involved in organisational and strategic topics.

The team you will be joining: Corporate Affairs consists of ~50 team members, is based in 3 locations and is active RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST)-wide.

Corporate Affairs' central focus is RWEST's growth, driving sustainable expansion through our expertise, by active collaboration and increasing efficiency. We strive to keep RWEST fit for the future and a great place to work.

Provide firstclass personal (and team) assistant support services, including diary, meetingmanagement, overall planning of internal and external meetings, content support for various topics of the Head of Function
Planning, organising business travel and settlement of travel expenses
Preparing documents (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint or Excel) in German and English language
Organisation of team events and offsites, including content to further support and grow ourteam spirit and culture
Contribute or run projects to improve efficiency, personal development and happiness at the workplace
Additional tasks / projects possible

Your powerful skills

Highly intrinsically motivated and committed, flexible in approach to work, capacity for adapting to challenging and changing work environment and deadlines
Ability to work in a busy environment without constant supervision and ability to prioritize and organise work effectively, ensuring excellent attention to detail
Strong team player with excellent communication, planning and organisational as well as cultural skills
Proven track record in an international business organisation is beneficial
Ability to write and/or update presentations / papers for submission up to Board level
Ability to communicate effectively with tact and discretion in English, both in written and verbal formats, with management and staff at all levels within the RWE group and externally
A highly flexible, proactive and resourceful approach with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work on own initiative and to proactively identify solutions to problems
Open minded, open to develop, grow, improve oneself and the team

Advantageous, but not a must

German language skills
Knowledge of the RWE Group and the business of RWEST
