Responsibilities

Agile Coaching/Facilitation: Assist in coaching and guiding teams in Agile methodologies, providing support in understanding principles, practices, and values.
Jira Management: Support in configuring and maintaining Jira boards, workflows, and permissions to facilitate a scaled agile environment.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in agile ceremonies such as retrospectives to help teams inspect and adapt their processes.
Reporting & Metrics: Assist in creating and maintaining reports and metrics within Jira to track progress and provide insights.
Training Support: Help conduct training sessions on agile practices and Jira utilization as needed.
Documentation & Compliance: Support documentation related to agile processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards and frameworks.

Qualifications

Understanding of

Agile Methodologies:
Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.

Jira Proficiency: Experience with Jira or willingness to learn its functionalities.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas and provide clear guidance to team members.
Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to work closely with crossfunctional teams.
Problem-Solving: Capability to identify and overcome obstacles in a complex environment.
Attention to Detail: Focus on the accuracy of tasks and data within Jira.
Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
