Your role

Responsibility for system evaluations & analyses for reporting and projects
Carrying out system tests and collaborating with superusers to ensure the functionality of the systems
Identification of business requirements and translation into user reports/requirements
Coordination of business processes with Purchasing and adjacent departments as well as the preparation of corresponding work and process instructions
Conducting training and instruction of purchasing in purchasing systems and processes
Support of the global purchasing process management team in various projects such as the global (ERP) system rollout
Support users with questions or concerns related to Source to Pay policies or processes.

Your profile

Completed business studies in the field of commerce or a related field
At least 2 years of professional experience in Purchasing & Supply Chain, preferably in Purchasing Process Management
Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Coupa and Microsoft Visio
Experience in the analysis and design of business processes
First experience in purchasing or (purchasing)process management
Team player with excellent communication, enforcement and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build partnerships and collaborate globally and across functions
Very good knowledge of English
