As the Used Car Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly managing a team of Operations Specialists.

Your team is tasked with managing all Used Tesla and trade-in validation within the German market, including collaborating with site level Operations Coordinator.

You will lead the team in auditing their daily productivity to ensure a smooth intake, listing and refurbishment process.

Next to monitoring all relevant KPIs you will also support site-specific training on the Used car process and document all relevant updates.

Responsibilities:

Directly manage, develop, and optimize a team of Used Car Operations Specialists
Strategy and coordination of Used Tesla refurbishment, listing and sale
Providing reporting dashboards and pipelines to team members to ensure most efficient and effective prioritization
Overseeing and ensuring local refurb, including external cosmetic work and POs
Review photos of vehicles for damage, approving of vehicle repair
Ensuring vehicles are displayed for sale and listed online
Accountable for locationlevel Operational KPI's of their used vehicles
Ensure clear communication in problem anticipation and proactive solving with external stakeholder
Provide and update training material and knowledge transfer to team members and new hires
Develop and spread the use of standardized training methodologies and materials
Develop and maintain partnerships with Sales/ Delivery/ Service leadership to support escalations when they arise
Host and lead weekly team performance calls to coach/mentor your team to achieve short/long term goals
Constant improvement of processes to optimize efficiency and streamline the process for drivers and internal teams across Germany
Draft and disperse weekly performance updates to leadership
