We are looking for a Cologne based Hotel Account Executive (M/F/d) who acts as an ambassador for HRS in the managed sales area.

Tasks

  • Recommend and select products for hotel partner based on their individual needs
  • Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to hotel partner
  • Maintain a working knowledge of HRS Group various tech products and services
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hotel partner to facilitate sales
  • Use data to help hotel partner understand how products can help them achieve their goals
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales (CRM)

Requirements:


  • 12 years of experience in a relevant area of solutions selling and / or data analysis, business studies / degrees an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations in German and English language
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
  • Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Ability to contact customers, strong negotiation skills and manage other tasks independently
  • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
  • Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
  • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
