Ihre Aufgaben:


  • Organizational and technical management of the group to ensure performance
  • Professional and disciplinary management of team members
  • Operationalization of the department strategy in the form of group and employee goals as well as measures
  • Preparation of the group planning in coordination with the department manager
  • Continuous optimization and further development of the internal organization in technical, personnel and structural aspects
  • Coresponsibility for the preparation of proposals for personnel and budget planning
  • Evaluation of technical concepts for the respective area
  • Further development of groupspecific research and development competence in the company
  • Technical Project Management

Ihre Qualifikationen:


  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Structural Engineering with relevant professional experience
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge in FEA e.g. Ansys
  • Experience technical management and managing a team
  • Fluent English and good German language skills
