These would be your tasks

  • Responsible for working together with the tax office in order to take care of the monthly payroll
  • Administration of our personnel management tool "Personio"
  • Contact person for employees in personnel and employment law matters
  • Contact person for employees and supervisors in all aspects of time recording (holidays, overtime hours, etc.)
  • Creation of employment contracts and certificates for the employees
  • Taking care of agreement changes and of processing those further
  • Creating statistics and personnel evaluations, personnel reportings
  • Collaborating in recruitment and human resources development
  • Administrative and organizational activities
  • Acquisition and participation in projects

YOU fit into our team if
- you were educated in HR administration or similarly in a position of the office administration
- you have at least 1 year of working experience in an administrative position
- you are fluent in German and on an intermediate level in communicating in English
- you are self driven
- you have a structured and independent way of working
- you are proactive, creative, and solution-oriented
- you have strong planning and organizational skills
