Internship Transformation Office Finance MBM starting from now on


Are you interested in the mobility of the future, are you open-minded and do you have an affinity for numbers? Then the Transformation Office Finance at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) is the place to be.


As the global FC Transformation Office, we are responsible for the transformation of the entire Finance and Controlling (FC) area of MBM.

Beginning of this year, our FC 2025 strategy was developed and we are working on the implementation. With us, you can actively shape the future FC organization and get a broad insight into the FC area.

Being part of our team means that you can work independently and on your own responsibility.

Your tasks will focus on supporting both teams in our small department.

On the one hand, you will support the
Transformation Finance Team in implementing change management activities and working on various topics such as culture, future skills or new ways of working.

On the other hand, you will support our
Future Finance Team to work on the implementation and steering of the FC 2025 strategy as well as on process-related project tasks.

Therefore, we are looking for a motivated team member who proactively contributes to the relevant topics. In our team we support each other and are therefore looking for a team player who enjoys agile working.

**Your tasks will be: - Contribute to the implementation of the global FC 2025 strategy

  • Support the implementation of the FC 2025 steering model
  • Create change management and communication measures for our global FC community to drive transformation forward
  • Support preparing and executing our exclusive training program for our future CFOs
  • Collaborate with our international colleagues in the local markets
  • Prepare presentations and decisionmaking documents for the management
  • Participate in special topics and crossfunctional projects
  • Conceptual tasks, such as the elaboration of analyses and benchmarking, maintaining our Power BI FC 2025 steering dashboard as well as the preparation of management meetings
  • Databased analysis and calculations in Excel as well as using in our internal controlling tools

Qualifikationen:

**Ideally, you have the following qualifications: - You have a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable course of study, preferably with a focus on finance and controlling

  • Written and spoken English is mandatory and fluent German would be desired
  • You are available for a duration of 6 months
  • You are confident in using all MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have an affinity for numbers and enjoy working on strategic topics
  • An independent and structured way of working, also in the context of virtual collaboration, are among your strengths
  • You are a team player, strong communicator and have an interest in change management
  • A high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you
  • You enjoy working in international agile teams and projects
  • IT affinity and interest in working with new technologies, if applicable first SAP experience (not mandatory)
