We are about to scale our team from currently 6 to 40 employees in 2023, come and join us on this exceptional journey.


About the role:

We are looking for a Founder's Associate Intern (f/m/x) to join our team. The role will be based in our Berlin HQ and will report to one of the founders.

This is a three to six-month internship, with the possibility to extend and become a permanent member of the team.


Your responsibilities:


  • Be a sparring partner for the Founding team for strategic and operational decisions
  • Research and analyse new business opportunities in the elderly care market
  • Support the acquisition of new B2B customers in Germany to drive revenue
  • Support the Founding team with hiring and investor relations
  • Evaluate and suggest product development initiatives

Your qualification:


  • Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor's or master's degree
  • Analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • You are an effective relationship builder who can work independently
  • First professional experience in operations, consulting or finance
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German & English
