Duration: 12 months
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals in the EU the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
This will feed the upskilling plans of our sub-departments - all in order to ensure our employees have the right possibilities for upskilling in order to be prepared for upcoming challenges.
You will also contribute to shape our culture & working environment by deploying culture & change management actions from fostering collaboration towards customer mindset.
With creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and passion our department supports the deployment of new ways of working - also by using new means to do so like gamification.

To-Be analysis of current skills and competence in sustainability in order to upskill our employees
Align all stakeholders and communities on a work plan to define future competencies and roadmap to upskill employees
Support Update Cabin programme competence strategy
Build a learning plan and liaise with HR and BC Faculty representative for new training developments
Set up ad hoc awareness/upskilling sessions
Change Management Roadmap
Support deployment of change management activities
Actively propose new actions and take care for deployment
Degree in the area of business administration, social science, engineering or an equivalent field of study.
Passion for people and an understanding of the human aspect of change
Knowledge of training development and competence management
Skilled in project management, lean and agile working methods
Structured way of working
Positive, open-minded and innovative mindset combined with a problem solving attitude
Good level of autonomy in order to face and collaborate in direct with internal customers
Capability to interact with senior management
Ability to work in teams and collaborate
Ability to drumbeat teams to fulfill WP objectives
Language Skills:
Advanced level of English, German language is a plus
