We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner, who loves a busy and dynamic company, where there is always plenty to do.

This role is about understanding HR practices and strategies, helping build our people capability in your location, whilst boosting employee engagement and ensuring that regular people practices are delivered.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
  • The position serves as a consultant to management on HRrelated issues.
  • The successful Junior HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent.
  • The role assesses and anticipates HRrelated needs.
  • Communicating needs proactively with HR department and business management, the Junior HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions.
  • The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver valueadded service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • The position may include international human resource responsibilities.
  • The Junior HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition
  • HR processes implementation, insuring alignment of the employees to business objectives, internal culture, practices and policies.
  • Conflict management and change management

Skills:

Must have

  • A University degree or professional level, or the equivalent level of attainment gained through 1 year of professional experience
  • In depth knowledge of Labour Law and HR Best practices
  • A working knowledge of IT/HR systems and MS Office (good excel skills)
  • Experience in working for a fast paced multicultural international company
