As the Founders Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting the founders in strategic initiatives, operational tasks, and decision-making processes.

This role demands exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership. Join our dedicated team to cultivate an atmosphere where innovation in audio technology thrives.

Tasks

Directly assist the founders in strategic planning, research, and decisionmaking processes.
Act as a liaison between the founders and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and ensure efficient information flow within the organization.
Act as a Scrum assistant, helping to organize and facilitate Scrum meetings such as daily standups, plannings, retrospectives, and reviews.
Assist in project management, overseeing the progress of strategic initiatives and ensuring timely execution.
Provide administrative assistance to multiple teams, including scheduling meetings, han, and handling correspondence.
Plan and organize internal and external events or offsites, including logistics, venue selection,and technology setup.
Help apply, manage and account for subsidy programs.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a founders associate, cofounder, management consultant, or business analyst, or similar role
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with proficiency at least at B2 or C1 level.
Strong understanding of business processes and strategic planning.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail.
Experience in managing budgets and accounting is a plus.
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies; Scrum certification is a plus.
