- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Kommunikationsprojekten und Kampagnen
- Unterstützung bei der Presse- und Medienarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
- Erstellung redaktioneller Inhalte inkl. Übersetzungsarbeit für diverse Kanäle für interne und externe Kommunikation (On- und Offline)
- Betreuung und Steuerung von Kommunikationsagenturen (Projektmanagement)
- Recherche und Analysen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von PR-Events wie z. B. Journalistenevents und -interviews
- Organisation und Betreuung von Foto- und Filmshootings
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen und Meeting Protokollen
- Interne Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und Übernahme der organisatorischen Arbeit inkl. Terminplanung und Beziehungspflege mit relevanten Stakeholder
- 6 Monate Verfügbarkeit ab Juni 2024
- Chinesisch als Muttersprach
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse am Berufsfeld Communications & PR
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung mit Social Media, journalistischen Darstellungsformen und diversen Medienformaten
- Ein solides Zahlenverständnis und erste Erfahrungen mit Excel & Co.
- Teamfähigkeit
- Lernbereitschaft sowie eine motivierte Einstellung und Spaß an der Arbeit mit Menschen und Medien
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
