Xena Dx is an early-stage healthtech startup building a non-invasive diagnostic tool for endometriosis, a painful gynaecological condition affecting 10% of women.

We are working with top endometriosis specialists and AI labs in the world.

We are looking for a passionate, proactive and entrepreneurial Business Development Intern to join our team to identify and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
• Building relationships with potential customers and partners.
• Assisting with the development of business plans and strategies.
• Maintaining uptodate knowledge of the industry and competitors.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (in last 5 years or soon finishing).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive and actionoriented, you enjoy learning and have a growth mindset.
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and to quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
• Fluent in German and English
