In Manching we are currently looking for a

Team Assistant (m/w/d)

Your profile:

Completed professional training as a commercial specialist

- you have gained relevant professional experience in office management or as a secretary

Good experience in Data preparation

- knowledge in SAP and MS-Office

Fluent German and English skill spoken and written
Good communication and organization skills

Tasks and responsiblities:

Daily Agenda control for the manager
Engineering Team general support
Data analysis, evaluation, consolidation, planning, monitoring and forecast activities
Preparation of dossiers, documents, documentations, scorecards etc. for the management and/or other relevant bodies
